to potluck brunches to special events. Come out, come out and enjoy!
The Bisexual Resource Center is entering its 25th anniversary year in 2010 and it continues to work to provide education and resources about bisexuality within the local, regional, and national communities. As a nonprofit, the BRC acts as an umbrella organization for the various groups in the Boston area. The organization is run by a board of directors and other interested volunteers. The BRC sponsors events throughout the year and will be hosting several celebratory events in 2010 for its anniversary. Check out biresource.net and contact us at 617-424-9595 or brc@biresource.net.
The Bisexual Social and Support (BLiSS) Group meetings are an opportunity for those who are, or think they might be, bisexual or attracted to people of more than one sex or gender, to discuss a wide range of issues related to attraction and sexuality in a supportive mixed-gender environment.
Allies of bisexual or questioning individuals are also welcome.
BLiSS holds a peer facilitated drop-in support group on the first Wednesday of each month, 7 - 8:45 pm, at the Boston Living Center. The Boston Living Center is located at 29 Stanhope Street, Boston. Stanhope Street is across from the Clarendon Street entrance to Back Bay T Station on the Orange Line and Commuter Rail.
From May to August 2010, the BLiSS group will also be gathering at 7 pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month at a local cafe or restaurant. These Summer Season social events will replace the 3rd Thursday meetings at the Boston Living Center.
See the calendar page for details on BLiSS Group's 2010 Summer Season Activities for the 3rd Thursdays and weekends.
